DeAgentAI is an AI infrastructure project designed to enable the creation, deployment, and coordination of autonomous agents in on-chain environments. Incorporated in the Cayman Islands, the project was initiated in September 2022 by a globally distributed team with backgrounds in artificial intelligence, blockchain systems, and quantitative finance.

DeAgentAI provides a modular framework for building AI agents that can interact with users, execute strategies, and coordinate across multiple decentralized applications. It introduces components such as agent identity, memory, lifecycle control, and tool integration, forming the basis for autonomous decision-making in Web3 environments. The framework supports permissionless agent execution across chains, and is gradually being open-sourced via its GitHub repository.

The project’s architecture combines a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) model with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) to enable adaptive, context-aware behavior with efficient resource usage. It also implements mechanisms for agent consensus, verifiable execution proofs, and task specialization. DeAgentAI’s infrastructure supports both Web3 protocols and enterprise clients seeking to automate decision flows through intelligent agent systems.

DeAgentAI’s first live product is AlphaX, an AI-driven signal platform for crypto price trend prediction. AlphaX is deployed on Sui, BSC, and Bitlayer. As of Sep 2025, AlphaX has over 400,000 daily active users, 17 million total users, and more than 192 million on-chain interactions. Signals from AlphaX are used by retail users as well as institutional quant funds, with a live performance record audited on-chain.

Other products in the DeAgentAI ecosystem include CorrAI, a no-code quantitative strategy engine for DeFi users, and Truesights, an InfoFi platform that incentivizes accurate market insights. Both tools are scheduled for progressive releases through 2025. DeAgentAI also offers a customizable agent infrastructure solution for enterprise deployment, with use cases across retail, telecom, and agriculture.

The project’s native token, AIA, is used to access agent services, unlock premium features, stake for rewards, and participate in governance. AIA is initially deployed on the SUI and BNB networks. The token supports staking, cross-chain utility, and usage-based value accrual. A portion of future revenue is allocated toward token buyback mechanism.

As of August 2025, DeAgentAI has raised a total of $11 million across two rounds. Investors include Momentum, Valkyrie Fund, Cointelegraph, Web3.com Ventures, Vertex Ventures, Waterdrip Capital, GoPlus Security, CatcherVC, PANONY, UFLY Labs, Tido Capital, Higgs Capital, Kernel labs Strategic support from DEX and L1 partners has further accelerated ecosystem deployment.

The project’s smart contracts have been audited and its framework is governed by transparent processes. Key developer profiles and code repositories are publicly available. DeAgentAI continues to build use cases that support decentralized agent-based automation in both Web3 and traditional environments.
